Return and Refund Process
Damages and issuesPlease inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at
shop@shortyts.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable itemsCertain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item at
shop@shortyts.comUnfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn and unwashed without body odor or fragrance. If 20 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Please send it back to the address below and include a note with your order number and email address letting us know if its a return or an exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. As long as it's in the original shipped condition, unworn and free of odor there should not be an issue.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. It usually takes 3-5 business days to return to your card.
Refund Policy (if applicable)
We will accept back any item that is within 20 days of purchase and in it's original condition and has not been worn and is free of odor, hair, lint, etc. The item must be in new condition.
